I'm a senior producer at NBC News NOW, a new and growing digital streaming channel, leading a group of talented journalists. I supervise the unit focused on original reporting, quick-turns and feature packages airing in our daily programs. Partnering with dozens of producers, reporters and correspondents across NBC News, we've become a go-to group for creating unique and timely stories on tight deadlines. We push the boundaries of workflows and technology to produce feature-quality videos on a news timeline. High caliber journalism is my priority and my teams and I have been lucky enough take home some awards for our work. I think it’s important to scrutinize people in power and hear the stories of those who are not.
Previously, I was a senior producer at CNBC digital video and a video producer at CNN. I look for stories that are thought-provoking and shed light on perspectives not widely covered by other media outlets. I’ve produced a number of long-form features for NBC News, CNBC and half-hour specials for CNN that change the pace of our coverage and provide beautiful, nuanced stories for our audience. Journalism is a changing landscape - I welcome the challenge.
